  • Mr X was arrested from Mr Y in Madhya Pradesh for duping people in the name of work-from-home schemes. He was apprehended during a raid conducted under the jurisdiction of Dehat PS in Mr. Y and brought to Kolkata on transit remand. The seized items included five phones, two laptops, two tabs, one router, one DVR, five ATM cards, and eight activated SIM cards.

  • Mr X  was falsely accused of a cheating scam by a complainant who had invested in a rare product called the "rice puller", claiming it had powers that could be used in atomic energy. However, Dutta had no connection with the dealings and was booked under the Indian Penal Code of 1860. The legal team, successfully secured anticipatory bail for Dutta, highlighting the importance of legal representation in such cases
