Advocate Rajesh Kshetry is an inspiration for the people of Shantipur, Nadia. He is a well-known Advocate providing legal services and solutions to his clients across the Country even in abroad. He has started his legal career from a very young age, and worked very hard to prove his ability. By 2009 he successfully established his individually Firm namely, M/s Kshetry And Associates, to deal with Legal Matters and provide best reliefs to his client’s. It’s been almost 20 years that he is working tirelessly in this field.
Born on 27th August 1985 and a perfectionist by nature, in an age of just 37 he owns 2 (two) Law firms in India which is popularly known as Kshetry And Associates & ShaineLex Advisors LLP. Apart from that, he is associated with various other companies such as Stepsworth Estates Private Limited (a Real Estate Company), Riddesh Productions Private Limited (a Production House), Innerwork Advisors LLP, Police News Press (A News House), Kshetry Hotels Private Limited, apart from others, as Legal Advisor.
He serves all his clients, including individuals and companies in various types of matters, such as, Criminal Matters, Matrimonial Cases including Maintenance, Domestic Violence, Nullity Separation, Mutual & Contested Divorce, Civil Matters, Land Acquisition, Illegal Occupancy Eviction, Conversion, and other Litigations, Company Matters, Constitutional Law, Municipal Corporation and other Departmental Matters, Money laundering cases, Real Estate cases, Company Matters, Cyber Matters, Land/Property Registration, Searching reports, Service Matter, International Law, and etc. sincerely and to the best of his ability.
He was an obedient student throughout in his school life earlier in Bholananda Ashram, Upendra Vidya Bhawan and later in Bapuji Vidya Bhawan, and completed his graduation in Law from Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag and has obtained the qualifications of BCOM, BALLB.
As a Human Being, he is a kind hearted person who loves to help living beings in any manner. He has a separate emotional corner for street dogs, for which he has made a separate place to keep street dogs and provide daily meals and necessary medicines to them to take special care. He is not just best in his Legal works but also best as a human being. An explorer, and a perfectionist workaholic person, who always work with his best ability.
For the past 3 years, Covid 19 had destroyed many people in various ways, there Mr. Rajesh Kshetry understood their pain and situation, he had organized Dry Food Donation, Water Donation, Lunch sponsors, clothes donations, for the needy people. Even have Donated Educational Materials to needy Children.
Mr. Kshetry always working for the upliftment of society. He is there at any point of time to provide any kind of help to the needy people which is not limited to food and clothes only but also any kind of legal advisory and other helps. Except that, many awareness videos to make people aware of the fundamental rights and basic information.
There are many volunteers he has, but according to him, helping people is more important than publicity. This is why there are many works which are still unearthed.
